We're confident you'll love your purchase, so we have a 14 business days return policy. If it doesn't live up to expectations simply send them back within the first few days and get your money back!
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can start a return by contacting us at support@lovernius.com
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be processed. The cost of return will depend on the situation, if the product is flawed or damaged, lovernius.com will cover the full shipping fee.Wrong Size
Regarding the sizing, You should start measuring your finger size by using our sizing guideline. Our staff will ship the size that the customer provided, if the size was wrong after the customer received the package, the customer should be responsible for the return shipping fee.
